It’s 1st September 2022 – Day 1 of my 1 Year Weight Loss Journey, I weigh bang on 19 stone, or 266lbs, which is a lot for a 5’10” guy! You can read here, how I got into this state, but I’m now fully motivated to get back on a healthy diet and exercise plan, and have a new goal weight of 200lbs (which is just over 14st), and I have 1 year to achieve it!
I’m going to use this site to post regular progress updates, so you can see what’s working and what’s not. By putting myself out here like this, which isn’t an easy thing to do by the way, I’m hoping it will help keep me on track and accountable,
That said, don’t expect me to take a load of miracle weight loss pills, or make myself miserable by starving myself so I can lose 3 stone in a month! I’m aiming for steady consistent and sustainable weight loss, over an extended period of time.
Of course its not just about the weight, its my overall body shape that I want to improve, so I’m also going to track some key body measurements throughout the year too…

Belly – 50 Inches
Neck – 18.5 Inches
Arse – 48 Inches
TOTAL 116.5 Inches
