Hello Fresh Stir Fried Hoisin Chicken Noodles
Ingredients
- Bell Pepper
- Sugar Snap Peas
- Garlic Cloves
- Ginger
- Salted Peanuts
- Egg Noodles
- Diced Chicken Breast
- Hoisin Sauce
- Soy Sauce
Notes
I got distracted and over cooked the noodles so they went a bit stodgy. Other than that, a perfect and very filling dish! The crushed peanuts on top for added flavour and texture was a nice touch too.
