Hello Fresh are sometimes a bit to tight with their timings! Most days I take at least 5 minutes more than they tell me it should take to cook the meal. This time it said 20 minutes cooking time, and it really was that! The Teriyaki Pork Stir-Fry with Noodles, Pak Choi and Mushrooms from Hello Fresh is super quick and once I'd added a sprinkle of chilli flakes on top, was really tasty. The ONLY downside to this one was the amount of points. Its 26 Weight Watchers points, which is fine for me as I currently get 46 points to use each day, but to some this will use up all your points and then some, so I was a little surprised it got into the Weights Watchers Approved meals list.
