I created the 1 year goal chart to help keep me motivated and on track during my 1 year weight loss journey. Many people have asked where they can get a copy, so I’ve added it here for you to easily download.
Upon download it is of course blank, ready for you to fill in the text and the circles as you progress, so it can be used for multiple topics and goals, for example:
