Month two done! It’s not gone well!
I weighed 266lbs or 19 stone on the 1st September and 255lbs or 18 stone 3lbs on 1st October, so a loss of 11lbs in the first month!
Today, 1st November, I weigh 260lbs.
A weight INCREASE of 5lbs! WTF!
I fell straight back to old habits in October, with trips to McDonalds, several takeaways, multiple party size bags of chocolate and waaaay too much alcohol!
The Gym
I’ve skipped way too many gym sessions in October. On the occasions when I have dragged my ass in there, my hearts not been in it and I’ve found myself just perched on the end of my weight bench starring at my dumbbells far too many times!
My Diet
This is really where I’ve let myself down. It was my birthday in October, but instead of a birthDAY celebration, or even a birthday weekend, I managed to extend mine out to a couple of weeks, where I ate out loads, drunk far too many vodkas and FAT coke and stuffed my face with all the chocolate I could get my hands on! Shocking.
Size Matters…
Neck – 18.5 inches (UP .5)
Belly – 50 inches (UP 1.5)
Arse – 48 inches (UP 1.5)
TOTAL 116.5 inches (up 3.5 inches)
Summary
Basically, I’ve undone all the good work of the first month! I had a load of fun, but it sucks that I’m back where I started.
BUT, fresh start from today (1st November). I’ve got it all out of my system, and I’m looking forward to getting back on it…
