1 Year Weight Loss – Weeks 6 & 7.
Not a great update! I’ve had an enjoyable few weeks catching up with family and friends for my birthday, but its ruined my diet plans. I’ve skipped several gym sessions and eaten pretty much everything I could get my hands on (as well as my usual Hello Fresh meals lol!), so I was always expecting this weigh-in to be a bit of a fail!
What I really feel bad about is not weighing in last week! I knew id messed up and gone off plan and so I couldn’t face getting on the scales. What I should have done is weighed in and then written about it here. After all I built this site so I could be held accountable and burying my head in the sand after eating way too much is not on.
From now on Im recording EVERY weigh-in. Good or bad.
Back on it properly from today!
On a positive note, I’ve finally found some more suitable gym wear! I went with Gym Shark in the end. I’ve also got rid of my old running machine, which I barely used and replaced it with a new bit of kit – an Assault Bike. In the next few weeks, I’ll do a post covering all the gym equipment I have!
