I lost 2 more pounds this week, but it was hard work to be honest!
I had a big drinking (and eating) session with old friends over the weekend. Loads of fun, but I felt bad on Monday morning, not just because I had a sore head, but because I’d put on 3lbs over the 2 days!
I got straight back on it though. Stuck with the healthier Hello Fresh meals, plus did a few longer sessions in the gym to compensate for it, and managed to pull it back by weigh-in day!
