I kinda suck at this!
This week I’ve had way too many ‘cheat days’! I went shopping (looking for new gym clothes) at Bluewater on Saturday, and had a day trip to London (took my youngest to a Lego exhibition) on Sunday – both involved big heavy meals in restaurants and too many full fat drinks! I also ate a couple of chocolate bars (maybe three, but don’t tell the Mrs)! I couldn’t even bring myself to track my Weight Watchers points on those days as it would have been depressing.
SHOCKING!
I have to get out of the mentality that as soon as I eat one bad thing, I’ve ruined the day and so go on to eat a load of crap!
I’ve still managed 6 days in the gym, so the weight has still come off a bit (check the end of the video). I just know that if I’d not gone off the rails over the weekend, it could have been even more!
I need to finish the month strong and make week 4 a good one!
