In The Gym
Just completed Week 2 of my 1 year weight loss journey! My weigh in results are towards the end of the video. Spoiler alert, I smashed it this week!
After a slow start week one, where to be honest I was on the fence whether I could be arsed with all this, I’ve turned a corner and got a lot more into it this week, and even managed to get in the gym 6 out of the 7 days. Dare I say, its already turning into a habit.
You’ll see that I’m repeating a lot of the same exercises each week. I’m trying to keep consistent and stick to what I know. As I get in to it more, I’ll start to mix it up.
Diet
I’ve been good on the diet front too. Apart from a small drinking session with friends Saturday night, I’ve been good. I’ve used the Weight Watchers app every day to track my points, and not gone over my allowance once.
